Fern Identification for Beginners at Mt Toby

Introduction to Ferns Workshop organized by MACC (MA Association of Conservation Commissions). You do not have to be a member to sign up for this event. Go to the MACCweb.org website and look under Education. Registration is $75 for members and $95 for non-members.

Workshop will include an indoor Powerpoint presentation about fern biology, identification techniques and ecology at the Sunderland library. Afternoon session will be outdoors at Mt Toby, identifying some 20 common and less common native ferns in the field.
