New Fern Walk at High Ledges

Join us for a hike along a few of the trails at High Ledges Wildlife Sanctuary in Shelburne MA. This area is rich in ferns and flowers. Besides the Top 10 Most Common Ferns, we will see Broad and Narrow Beech Ferns, Northern Oak Ferns, Maidenhair, Silvery Spleenwort and more. We will be following trails but they may be hilly or uneven at times. Wear clothing appropriate for the usual outdoor possibilities of poison ivy, insects and muddy ground. Free, but will be canceled if raining.
