Fern walks added to Schedule

Three events in July now on calendar

Hello Everyone,

It has taken us a while to get organized after being off for a year. We now have 3 events scheduled in July and trying to figure out where to put a 4th. We are also going to be adding walks for August and into the fall.

I will be putting "posters" for these walks on the website as well.

The photo is of a group of Marsh Ferns along Mt Toby's Reservation Road in Sunderland. They are starting to show their twistiness, and you can see they are twice cut and have an unusual purpley grey stem (rachis & stipe). One of my favorites!
