More info on Fern Hike this Sunday

Ruggles Pond, Wendell MA

The Ruggles Pond Fern HIke will be from 1-3PM on this Sunday, August 13th. Sorry I forgot to include that key fact in the first email!

I checked with the Forest Headquarters and there is no fee for parking (thanks Nancy for the nudge to check on this).

The attached photo is not great, but I decided to include it so you can see what the trail is like on the south end of the pond. It is a wonderful jungle of ferns, but decent trail. The wetland is beautiful!

Looking forward to seeing some of you this Sunday.
